"Location couldn't be better for the train station and the rest of the city centre is easily walkable. Very comfortable bed, tasty breakfast that's constantly replenished and really friendly staff. "The majority of the staff were very helpful, just one gentleman wasnt sure about a lot of things not sure if he was new but everyone else was fantastic, was slightly disappointed we couldnt get food at 12pm before we checked in when the menus on the table said 24 hours a day but when we got back in the evening they were very helpful and we had a lovely pizza, a lovely hotel very clean would stay again as the good outweighed the bad."

Lovely guest house, would recommend.
"We had a lovely stay at Gails. I received a phonecall earlier in the day from Lucy to say that the boiler was not working and they were unable to get anyone to fix it so they would be refunding us half of the cost back which was very nice of them as this was not their fault and these things happen. Checking in was easy, parking was fine, the room was lovely, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and was very nice. If i'm ever in Barry again I would definitely stay at Gail's again. Thank you for a lovely stay :)"
