「No room service! Bathroom is toooo small」

「The cleaness of hotel is extremely poor. We just stay one night but we found at least four cockroach in the room! They appeared on the bed,wall and above the refrigerator! It is a terrible experience. I do not recommend this for anyone. The bathroom is also very small and the another worse thing is there is no hot waterfor bathing! I believe hot water and cleaness is basic requirement for hotel. The Cliff House really disappoint me.」

「Bad: My room is 102 when I live in The Baxley, and the air-condition leaking water on the bed. not a big problem, but need to fix it. and the toilet is not that clean but totally understand, because its for public user in The Baxley. Good: Most of the worker are friendly and very welcome those visitor who live there. like they answer my question quickly and help me to solve the problem right away. I like the coffee machine that provide in the public area, make a big different for coffee lover....

「The surface of the dining room table was not very good. The surface was sticky, as if the surface had gone off and the glue was coming through. Did not clean up. Also the WIFI was terrible, I missed 2 nights of my favourite shows as I couldn't connect to streaming services. The room was quiet though and the bed very comfy.」

Staff service was welcoming, helpful, and made guests feel comfortable in their stay - great assistance. Great options to cook your own food in the kitchen or dine out in one of the many locations in Belligen -I recomend the Royal Hotel for slow cooked beef cheek, served on mash with gravy and bens, delicious. I will be back to visit the National...

「The rooms were old and quaint but sizeable for what we need. Everything available」

「The staff members, especially Chris, were very friendly and the included breakfasts were very nice! The location of hotel is brilliant. Not only near the the skybus stop, this also within 5-min walk to the Salamanca Market and the pier. In addition, St. Joseph Church, St. David’s Cathedral and the beautiful St. David’s Park are nearby. Visitors can get nice quiet time over there! 」
