「Good」

「The hotel environment is good and transportation is convenient. There are two not good things. One is the extra bottles of water needs additional charges. Second thing is that there is no magnifying mirror in the bathroom. 」

「It's not enough lighting in the room. Too dark at night. If we have more options to control the level of lighting, it would be prefect. Feel uncomfortable for not enough lighting but except that, everything prefect, especially the breakfast 」

「Everything are great in hotel, except one bed. Stayed in 4 beds suite, 3 beds are good, but 1 bed is too soft which the mattress is too thin, and there is no support in the center of the bed frame where the body is embedded inside.」

「not sure why there was hammer noise starting around 1030, and kind reminder, the curtain wouldn't provide a full 'black out service' 」

「Excellent hospitality. Nice view from the room. However, the location is a bit far away from the Main Street. Overall, it is a superb experience and I will visit again next time.」

「Service is perfect especially the Concierge Tippy who is very help. It will be better if there is a Tissue paper box in the bath room. Can’t say location is very convenient as the tube is 600-800m away but still alright. 」

If all of that was not enough, Yuriko at the the concierge desk provides the most exceptional level of service I have ever encountered. Stay there just for the concierge services. Cannot say enough good things about this property, the entire staff is fantastic, but without a doubt, Yuriko takes the cake!」
