"This was a very nice property but I had thought it was going to be 5-stars (western standards). The staff was mixed. Nice front desk but less nice recreation area and hot spring front desk. Overall the facility was a bit tired but the springs were nice and the buffet was quite large and varied. The rooms were clean modern and spacious. "

"Unique arts and cultural centre with hotel connected to it. The location is very remote in Yilan but everything you need is there with food court option, shopping, entertainment, arts workshop, etc. Could have stayed another couple of days to take part in workshops. We had a family room with 2 bedrooms. Living room wasn't very comfortable due to design and choice of furniture. Duvet was a bit thick for hot weather even with air conditioning on. But overall a positive stay. English is not spoken...

"This is perhaps the best hotel in the Hualien area, with a top-notch new facility and close proximity to the Taroko National Park which unfortunately was severely damaged by the earthquake on 4/3/2024. The menu and food quality in the restaurant was much to our liking and to our delight, reasonably priced for dinner. Beach was a short stroll away."

"Very very large room with unobstructed view of the city. Great amenity and an amazing breakfast buffet. Very hospital staffs. Definitly a must stay in Yilan. We used Yilan as a base and took the train to Hualin to visit the Taroko National Park. This hotel locates about a km away from Yilan train station, best to go with a short taxi ride."

"We had an impromptu overnight stay from Taipei and found this place on the Expedia app. The place was very clean, the staff very solicitous, the breakfast buffet was inexpensive and delicious. Best of all, my family absolutely loved the pools."

"We arrived 2 hours before check in. The hotel let us leave our suitcase in their secure storage area before checking in and lent us bicycles to explore the countryside while we wait. The staff are very helpful and made the experience amazing overall. Another thing to note was the clean and relaxing common areas. "Interesting outside decor. Mattresses and pillow are firm. :D Mini-split cools down room fast. It has elevator. :o Funky bathroom but usable. I think it doubles as a sauna, there is heating for bathroom. Not sure. McDonalds breakfast! Had to take off outside shoes before going up. Evidence of previous family in room, since wall still had crayon markings on wall D: Great for family and couples. Cutesy design of room and amenities. I like dolphins and whales! Overall good rating."
