"The hotel has a great location, friendly staff and nice restaurants and bars. Their new Spanish restaurant is particularly good! I would recommend booking here with a few awareness items. Their staff was nice but they could use more front desk help as there was often a queue or wait for someone to return, they have a number of stairs to navigate inside and out with no ramp, if you are sensitive to noise ask for an interior room in case it’s time for Friday and Saturday night party groups driving...

"We have vegetarian diet which we informated the front desk about but no importance given to request, servers have no idea about ingreadents used for making breakfast and we couldn't enjoy the breakfast. One of the front desk lady was constantly talking to us about climate change and people travelling a lot and issues of carbon footprint while we respect the subject but we wanted to have a peaceful coffee after long day of travel but she wouldn't stop and let us sit in peace. "Lovely apartment in a great location, walkable to everything. Supermarket not even 2mins away. Apartment was very spacious & comfortable. Hosts were quick to answer any queries etc. Slightly confused about heating when we arrived but once we knew what to do the apartment quickly became toasty warm We definitely stay here again couldnt fault it"
