「Chalet style accommodation. Like living in a small house. Very quiet at certain timing and on weekdays if there are no school holidays. But you will surely wake up before 6 am.」

「Nice hotel. Bit away from the centre. So best if you have a car or use taxis. Saying that there is a good food hall next to the hotel. As well as bars and cafes. Together with a near by shopping centre. Staff are super friendly and helpful. So yes I can recommend this hotel. 」

「The front desk staff allow me to check-in on 3.45 pm while I already inform them that I will check in at 1 pm if it's possible. Need to wait for quite sometimes for them to prepare the room. Despite the staff allow me to check in quite late (almost 4pm), the staff keep on highlighting that we must check out at 12 pm. I quite disappointed with this. I found a bed bug during my stay there. Other amenities provided are good, iron is provided as per request. 」

「Customer service was great. However cockroaches were observed almost everyday in the room. Rats running around above the ceiling. Pigeons noise from above ceiling day and night. Should offer more breakfast options other than just vegan nasi lemak and sandwiches. Door sound insulation was bad. Add a door bottom seal could probably improve the sound insulation as well as sealing bottom gap and prevent cockroach entering the room. The room also didn't have telephone to call the front desk. 」

「just a few equipment in the room. the water cups were very dirty that i wonder if they have ever cleaned it or not. originally i have high expectation to this villa but i was disappointed.」

「酒店不錯，係廁所近走廊位有水會太滑，妹妹幫小孩洗澡後，一走出來就滑倒了 😨。枕頭有邋遢。第二日食早餐，得我們一家人，去到餐廳搵唔到人，見到員工了，佢超級懶，完全唔睇唔問，之後我們問佢攞Baby chair，佢攞一張超級邋遢的俾我們，有塵有食物唔抹乾淨就走了 😡。」

「櫃台只有早上11點到晚上7點才有服務人員，訂了有早餐的房型，早上到餐廳完全沒人。退房時，還要等到服務人員來上班才找得到人，尋問了櫃台人員，我訂房是有預定早餐的，為什麼餐廳沒早餐？服務人員很不耐煩的回答說，我們是沒早餐的，如果有問題請你自己問Hotels.com 。快三千台幣一晚的價格，這樣的房間和服務完全不值得」

「cleanliness is okay. parking is adequate and safe. just a little sad, my room is booking for 3 people. there are 3 beds. but towels only get two. for extra towels increment rm6. a little sad. because of other hotels when booking. no extra charge, I paid for 3 people. 3 beds. there should be 3 towels. for the convenience of tourists. But the breakfast is totally valuable, paid for three and get three ticket for brekfast. Food was nice and delicious.」
