「This hotel was basically all-inclusive. They had plenty of pools and dining options for my 4-day stay. The view from my room was amazing. The staff was amazing and very nice. I will definitely be back.」

「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「很推薦這家飯店，很棒很新且乾淨舒適，人員和善很幫忙，也協助訂西西里島及GOZO 行程，住房費用合理，早餐好吃，在街道上的飯店總是人來人往，怕吵的人可以請飯店安排高樓層及靠邊間的房間，街角的AVENUE餐廳是同一家老闆，有住房可以有10%折扣，不收手續費及服務費，份量多且好吃，天天去吃海鮮真想念，這飯店環境好地理位置佳，下次有去馬爾它一定會再入住。」

「Staff and food were generally very good however the hotel needs a refresh as a little dated in decor and bedroom quality too tired. Also kids club small and more activities needed for 7-12 year olds」

「Hi The hotel is great, mainly the staff that is excellent and try to helo you with all your need. My room this time was a bit small and will need some fixing but was quiet and clean. Breakfast bufet is good. I have been in this hotels many times and I will be back again. 」

Occasional confusion with housekeeping over towels in bathroom - change not changed, removed and not replaced (minor issue as staff quick to remedy when asked/reminded).」

「Arranged return airport pickup with hotel and Driver was late for pickup from airport (5 mins late) and hotel (15 mins late). Asked for a room change as the floor were full of painting work going on the receptionist on duty was supposed to get back after checking with room reservation dept but never got back. Overall the service provided by front desk was not pleasant at all. I stayed for five nights and the room was arranged in a noisy location wit construction site in front n painting work...

「房间内床板非常陈旧，洗澡水温不稳定，房间内没有WiFi，孩子们第一天只给一条毛毯，要求加被子被告知没有多余的被子只有毛毯，而马耳他晚上室外只有12,3度，睡觉时开热空调也不健康。游泳池的水太咸了！大概是直接用的海水，游泳池淋雨设施很差，桑拿要预定并另外付钱。」

「房间很有设计感，但是颜色太重，整体特别黑～可能夏天住会觉得凉快些～位置在圣朱利安购物圈，边上就是bar和赌场，比较适合度假人，但房间晚上睡觉可能会比较吵」

「Hotel was nice and clean , staff were all friendly , breakfast selection was somewhat limited with not a lot of variety but it did the job , the room was nice but the air con would not go below 22 degrees which we found far too hot and did somewhat compromise our stay , we did mention this to staff but they didn’t seem too bothered 」
