「Hotel Cavtat was in an excellent sea front position near to bars and restaurant, but qiet and relaxing. We were upgraded from apartial sea view to a full sea view. Car access was very difficult from Kotor tunnel road, so I would advise entry via road up from Tivat airport instead.
