Our trip was the worst trip I had ever had. The rental company Ace made me pay about $900 that got declined on my card due to the amount and location. I thought it was all booked up through Expedia that had already taken $240 but it wasn’t. I’m glad I had my dad to help with those costs. Then we had to wait at Ace for 2 hours to get the rental vehicle. Putting us at our hotel at 3 am. When we got to our resort also booked through Expedia they stated they overbooked the rooms and there was no rooms available. Leaving me to pay for another hotel room for the night. Now we are at the airport possibly to be stuck here due to a hurricane and both the airline and Expedia will not help, possibly having to pay even more money for a new date. I will never book 3rd party again and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.
