The busses were not that frequent as they claim they are. Other companies were much more regular in their frequencies. The stops and information was not very clear.

The tour went many places but often had to park significant distances away from atteaction, so if you do the tour to hop off a lot, be prepared to walk a lot, too.

It was convenient, the route made sense, and it allowed us to get our bearings. However, there was a very long wait at one bus stop and in hindsight it was expensive.

We were never able to complete a tour due to protests the bus did not run from 8-11:00 am. Then due to the protests the streets were blocked and the bus was rerouted. We got on the buss at 3:00pm and the bus was stuck in traffic most of the time so we exited the bus after 2 stops. Definitely lost money on the Big Bus! Very disappointing!

It was a great trip! My friends and I loved it!!!!!

Having purchased tickets for this experience, advertised as an open top bus tour, with buses every 15-20 minutes, we waited for over an hour for a bus and, when it did arrive, it was full and we were not permitted to get on. As such, we were unable to use the tickets.

Very confusing at the beginning! We could not used the first day. Second day was much better. They were nice and helpful.

I have used hop on hop off tours in multiple countries and DC's is the worst. Stops are too long in some places and there are not enough buses so waits are long.

I enjoyed this experience, it gave me an opportunity to visit several historical places in Washington DC with great views.

Great driver's, challenging traffic and pedestrians.
