What you can expect

In our olive grove you will enjoy an outdoor activity, discovering a wonderful and little-known part of Mallorca.

Our visit begins with a welcome and a short explanation about the origins of this project. Then you will see all the processes we carry out in the mill and the importance of each step to produce a premium EVOO. After that, you will take a walk through the olive grove while you learn how we work in the field to obtain a healthy olive, which is the base for a quality EVOO. Next, you will learn how to distinguish extra virgin olive oil apart from other olive oils, and you will put this into practice with a tasting. You will also learn about its properties and its uses in the kitchen.

To finish, you will enjoy a snack with extra virgin olive oil and local products, accompanied by a glass of Mallorcan wine.

During the whole visit we will accompany you so you can discover the wonderful world of extra virgin olive oil.

The visit lasts two hours.
