Join us for a hands-on cooking experience in the rustic kitchen of Tenuta di Montechiaro, where you’ll learn to craft a traditional Tuscan meal to recreate at home.
Guided by our chef and Sommelier, you’ll prepare a seasonal menu using fresh, organic ingredients sourced directly from our estate.

Tuscan welcome appetizer & extra virgin olive oil tasting
Fresh basil pesto with garlic and pecorino
Handmade pasta (ravioli & tagliatelle)
A classic dessert (Tiramisù or Panna Cotta)
Throughout the class, you’ll uncover the simple secrets that make Tuscan cuisine so beloved—highlighting the beauty of seasonality, simplicity, and genuine flavor.
After cooking, sit down to enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared together, served in our garden (weather permitting) or cozy farmhouse dining room. Your meal will be paired with three of our certified organic wines, carefully selected by our Sommelier.
