We had such a fun, wonderful, and cultural experience with chef Fulmio. This is certainly a great way to experience Toscana and get a better understanding of the local cuisine.

My wife, two friends, and I had a wonderful evening learning a little Tuscan food history, learning how to make Pici, two traditional gravies, a bruschetta, and chicken saltimbocca. The wine pairing and conversation with lovely.

Fulvio was AWESOME. We have done these before and this was by far the best one. An 800 year old home, incredibly clear, fun and educational knowledge from him that we are so excited to bring home and use in our own kitchen. The conversations flowed naturally and we ended up staying much linger than expected. We cannot RAVE ENOUGH about our incredible dinner party with Fulvio!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Detailed instructions and patiently answered all our questions. Great experience. Food was excellent and was a small group so got plenty of time to take turns cooking.

Such welcoming and accommodating hosts, in a lovely Tuscan setting, teaching us to prepare and enjoy a variety of dishes. The location was an easy 7 minute drive from San Gimignano, the food and wines were delicious, and the company (8 guests total) convivial. A wonderful end to our time in Tuscany!

We brought our 4 children (ages 9-13) to class and Flavio was fantastic at making it a perfect experience. He included the kids in every step of the process and made it so much fun for them. The dinner we prepared was delicious and they all ate every course. We could not have asked for a better family class. We have even already made Pici at home for a family dinner!
