Know before you book

  • You must bring your digital voucher and a difigal copy of an official ID with photo. You must redeem your voucher at the Ticket Box located at the dock.
  • Children and teenagers must be in companion of an adult all the trip. Minimum age is 8 years old.
  • Wear light clothes, swimsuit, hat or cap and sunglasses, as well as wear chemical-free sunscreen
  • Minimum age for consumption of alcoholic beverages: 18
  • In case of bad weather, the authorities, through the Port Office, would indicate if the navigation is safe.
  • Parking lot available at Sea Terminal Embarcadero Isla Mujeres at extra cost.

Security Briefing: During the transfer to the reef you will receive a security briefing and the general information of your trip experience (25 - 30 minutes)

Guided Snorkel activity: Live the most amazing 45 minutes of snorkel experiencing the wonder of a reef in the amazing Caribbean ocean.

Isla Mujeres Downtown: You can visit Isla Mujeres downtown that combines the architecture of Caribbean lines with modern constructions. The Isla Mujeres' square with a kiosk is lined with handicraft shops, local establishments and murals painted on the walls of houses and buildings.

Returning to Cancun: You can select returning by Catamaran or by Ferry (30 - 45 minutes)

Access to Escenic Tower: Enjoy and capture day or night the spectacular view of all of Cancun and the Mexican Caribbean. Audio in English and Spanish with historical, statistical and geographical information of Cancun and the points that are observed around the tower (45 minutes)
