Ciara our guide was very knowledgeable about Como and other locations on tour. Dino our driver did amazingly around the twists and turns of very narrow roads around the lake. We'd booked because trip included Varenna, but the day before received a message that Varenna wasn't included, but no explanation why. was disappointed with this. Lugarno was instead included which was okay, but we wouldn't have selected this tour as we had just been in Switzerland. Overall nice tour and Ciara was lovely.

Great value if you don’t mind a large tour group. We wouldn’t usually choose a coach trip but this seemed the easiest way to visit the lakes for a day from Milan. It was a large group - full coach. The journey was fine - coach comfortable, not too scary on the tight & winding lakeside roads! We had great weather & enjoyed the views. The guide was helpful & pointed out key things. The Star Wars (Naboo)/James Bond villa was the highlight (viewed from boat). Switzerland looked lovely as the sun set, just bc shame the shops were closed for the public holiday (1st Nov).
