■COURSE
　Sushi Making Experience Course
　・9 pieces of nigiri sushi (tuna, salmon, shrimp, eel, egg)
　・3 pieces of gunkan sushi (salmon roe, tuna paste, crab flakes)

■SCHEDULE
90-min. session.
After a lecture on the history of Japanese cuisine and sushi,
you'll get hands-on experience making sushi, and then
enjoy eating the sushi you've made!
