Overall a C- experience. 1. We purchased our tickets online think it would expedite our boarding. Unfortunately we were unable to identify any of the stops in our immediate area based on the online map. After waiting 30 minutes along the route hoping a bus would come by, I finally found a Seattle Info booth who provided directions to a “manned” stop. 20 mins later we found the stop (small sandwich board sign) but no employee around. 10 mins later a bus came by and picked us up. 2. Very few buses on the route. Waited 45 minutes midday for a bus show up. Overall , while the bus did provide transportation to various sights throughout the city, I would not recommend this company due to the lack of adequate numbers of buses running and poor signage at pickup points. Not worth the $54 fare.

Nel 2023 mi sembra assurdo che non ci sia la possibilità dell,audio guida in tutte le lingue. Bus vecchi e senza Wi-Fi e usb, se dessero il Wi-Fi gratuito con un App minima le persone potrebbero avere le proprie audioguide in lingua e potrebbero monitorare i bus e le fermate. Come in altre città del mondo. Costo davvero eccessivo per il servizio offerto.

Very short tour of a compact downtown area. Not worth it especially with Seattle’s wet weather. You’ll be sitting in the lower deck. The frequency between buses is 45 minutes! Unlike other hop-on-hop-offs in other cities like San Francisco, this route pales in comparison, information about the area is decent but there’s really not much to see on the route.
