What you can expect

The floating sauna was built in the summer of 2012, its design concept comes from the traditional Finnish sauna experience together with the beautiful landscape the lakeside can offer. From June to July in Lapland this a unique experience you can be a part of.
At midnight you can watch the golden midnight sun shining above you while in the middle of a lake. This magical way of having a sauna bath is becoming a Finnish tradition, and you can become part of it. Experience this full-featured sauna, and you will feel extremely integrated with the life of the locals.
After the sauna, you can choose to swim in the pure lake or enjoy the fresh air on the top of the boat! The captain will drive the floating sauna to different lake spots to offer an amazing view of the summer in the Arctic. The floating sauna has a dressing room for you and we will provide the towels and sauna equipment as well as snacks on the boat!
