It was an awful experience! I understand it was a very busy day in Salem, with large crowds but I paid for an experience that I did not get. It began with the tour guides being late and not identifiable as stated in the instructions, t-shirt and lantern. While our guide was present he was grossly underdressed for a professional. Our tour promised 4 haunted taverns. We only made it to the first ONE! The second stop was at new and modern bar, which our tour guide never entered with us and had no history. No other bars/taverns were explored. Locations that we were supposed to tour were only pointed at and told there were to many people to wait and see. Graveyard as an example. I traveled all the way from Seattle to experience Salem and it was sadly so disappointing. I would not recommend this tour to anyone. Sadly, Danielle D

We absolutely loved our tour, it was the highlight of our trip. Our tour guide Jena was fantastic and made the tour both fun and informative. We learned a lot about the history of Salem and saw many interesting landmarks. Would be very happy to run into Jena again on a future trip to Salem, would even try to request a tour with her if possible. Absolutely would recommend!

Poor quality and not proper or exciting places. You are brought to a bar for 10 minutes only to be walked to something of no excitement or importance. Then repeat, and your is finished. Can’t hear the tour guide at all and they show little of the city or anything “spooky” as promised. Waste of money and time. Could do this tour better alone without ever being in Salem
