Your host will guide you through a tasting of four Paroa Bay wines — each crafted from the very vines surrounding you and shaped by the coastal climate of Northland. All bottled, made, grown on site.
After your tasting, settle into the relaxed coastal above the vines and enjoy a Sage grazing platter featuring a local selection of cheeses, charcuterie, and house-made accompaniments, soaking in the views.
After your tasting expreince, the complimentary Sage Shuttle will return you to Russell Wharf, or you may choose to extend your experience with dinner at Sage Restaurant (reservation required).
