The experience itself was a beautiful one. I visited the Colosseum with skip the line and St Angelo castle and I had free entry with the Roma Pass card. What was not ok for me is that my card did not work and I realized it when I wanted to enter the metro on the first evening. On their website it said that for any problem we can contact them by phone or email and even today they have not answered my email and therefore the 4 stars. I went to a Roma Pass info point the next day and the lady there gave me a new card. Apart from this incident I recommend the 72h Roma pass because you have discounts on many museum entrances and you save a lot of time on public transport.
