The private van worked great for our family (2 adults, 2 children ages 1.5 and 4). They were able to provide us a car seat for the 1.5 year old, which enabled him to sleep during the ~3 hour drive. We received an email & WhatsApp message the day before informing us of our pickup time. The driver was on time and very friendly. A separate guide showed us around Chichen Itza, teaching us about the history while providing flexibility with our little ones. Afterwards, we drove to a Cenote where we are a buffet lunch and my husband and I took turns swimming in the Cenote. At that point, the kids were very tired and we opted to skip the Valladolid stop and drive through the town instead. We appreciated the professional service and flexibility provided as part of this tour.

We took the tour the day we arrived in Cancun. Even though our flight was delayed significantly, they were very flexible with our plans. This allowed us to see the major sites efficiently and they were very flexible in accommodating our requests. The tour guide and driver were both very friendly and made great efforts to allow us to do a lot of sightseeing in the limited time we had. We would definitely use them again.

The entire trip was perfect, I couldn’t have been more excited about the adventure. I was honestly a little worried about how far this excursion was, but after going, it was a non issue. The drive time went by so fast and the first hand knowledge made the trip that much more special. I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone who wants to learn more about the heritage of Mexico.

What an amazing day! We enjoyed the communication and pick up process. Stress free. Miguel was our guide and Alfredo was our driver. They were so friendly and kind. We appreciated their attentiveness! They explained the trip fully. Omar was our guide at the temple Chichen Itza and he was extremely knowledgeable. The tour was wonderful! Then we headed to the cenote and swam. Super unique experience! Then final stop at Valladolid and ate some delicious food from street vendors. Overall wonderfully tour! Be ready for a full day, but it will be full of fun and memories!
