It was really excellent. I took off a star only because there was not much leg room on the bus, and I am only 5’7”. Ilrrika the guide is very knowledgeable and experienced. She has a very pleasant voice, which is a good quality in a tour guide. Fabio is an excellent driver, and that drive along the Amalfi coast is not easy, very narrow and twisty. I felt very safe. Sorrento is a bit of a tourist trap, but a very pretty one. We had a different guide at Pompei, I forgot her name, but she was very knowledgeable also. Only 1.5 hours in Pompeii, but it’s enough to see some highlights and get the snese of it. This tour company is experienced and plans things well, rest stops are well timed. We had the possibility of buying pizza in Pompeii without a big line up, and eat in the bus on the way back,which was a good idea. Very professional all around, friendly and pleasant. On any tour, you are kind of hearded like sheep, in order to stay on schedule, but they were very nice about it.

Rob was an amazing guide! He imparted a lot of good info about Italian history, culture & cuisine. He even ordered lunch for us, ready for pick up as soon as we were done wi/Pompeii. The bus ride was comfortable, we felt safe! Thanks Julio! Have to mention the big group that was loud & sorta obnoxious. There’s 15 of them in their group and they wanted to sit together so they “reserved the back of the bus” when it should have been first come, first served basis. When someone pointed out that they were too loud, they got offended. Common courtesy, you’re in a confined space, keep your voices down or take a private tour! They’re not a young crown either! We paid the same amount of money as you did. I thought their culture had better etiquette. I guess, not ALL. Maybe there should be a sign to remind people to keep their voices down. It was a long tour, nearly 12 hrs due to the 3 hr drive each way, people are tired & just wanted to wind down, we don’t need all that ruckus!
