The lounge was very crowded and took almost 20 minutes to get in. Once inside, there was a disappointing menu with very few smiles from the staff. The seating was clearly meant to discourage napping, but a lot of people did anyway. That wasnt as big a problem as those people putting their belongings in the adjacent seat was. The food was mediorcre (even for an airport lounge) and there were no desserts offered whatsoever. All in all, it was more comfortable than the terminal lobby, but not enough to justify the price. Will not be availing this lounge again unless the price comes down significantly.

Shower was amazing after a 15 hr flight. Food choices were limited Hong Kong airport is not back to normal. So many lounges are still closed. Sleep pod company is closed which is the place you really want when you have a 8 hr layover. Glad I prebought ticket as the demand is great to get into this lounge cause if you are noot business or first, it is really your only option.

The lounge is small and cramped. My husband and I had a 14 hour layover overnight before our flight back home to Toronto. The lights were bright and it was very hard to get a little sleep. The worst part of this experience was that there is only 1 restroom. The lineup for the ladies was terrible. I would not waste my money on this again. It was not worth it.
