Do not make the mistake of buying this through Expedia!!! I bought a pass for Philadelphia. When I got to the attractions, they didn’t know what to do with the barcode that Expedia gives you. Expedia should be giving you an order number so you can get the QR code that the attractions require. After being on the phone with Expedia for over an hour, they gave me an order number for a Miami Pass for 2 adults and 2 children. My pass was for 3 adults and Philadelphia. To sum it up: BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE COMPANY.

Expedia is not a preferred user of Hop on Hop off bus tours. It seems you have to have the phone "QR" digital code to get tickets. I called both Expedia and the Big Bus company and didn't get anywhere. The other venues offered in the Philadelphia 30 day pass is less using other discounts, ie... senior citizen, military, etc... Doubt I will use Expedia ever again as I have found direct contact to be better pricing.

The program worked as advertised. Easy to get the ticket for the big bus and them use on attractions.

The pass was fine, but the instructions and location to get the QR code was a bit confusing. That was an Expedia thing and not a Big Bus issue.

I thought the pass would be easy to use, but I did not get the pass with the qr code so the vendor did not accept the voucher bar code. I spent about an hour trying to get it sorted out. It said digital redemption so were spent all that time in the phone. After the calls they finally sent the pass we needed with qr code.
