I took this tour last time I was in Paris 10 years ago, with the same company. I was very pleased at that time which is why I booked again with my friends who had never been go Paris. Compared to then, this time around I was disappointed. It didn't cover as much area and the commentary was less informative, and more like cute entertainment. I would look for another company.

Just a horrible experience with hotel Le Palmier Hotel. It was a nightmare and was not able to enjoy my stay. I felt unsafe and the hotel experience was a nightmare. I had to wait more than 45 mins to be let in as there was no receptionist to let me in the hotel. Therefore I couldn’t stay, and had to find other accommodations. The tour to the Louvre Museum was incomplete, as I could not meet the team. The meeting location was very confusing. I arrived 30 minutes early however I was being sent from upstairs to downstairs to upstairs to the street to try to find a group and I was not able to locate the team. Therefore, I will need a full refund for Louvre museum tour, and for the Le Palmier hotel. I also think is important Expedia to check these package deals first hand before selling it to the customers. I thought I was being offered the best deal, but it ended a nightmare. The only thing that has turn out ok is the Airlines. Flying with Delta was amazing and I have no complains there

I’m not typically an organized tour kind of person, but glad we chose to take the hop on hop off bus even though we didn’t hop off until we did the entire lap of the tour. We were travelling with my Sister and her Husband who had not been to Paris before, and had limited time. The total lap was about two and a half hours in duration, and we saw a lot. The following day we walked to a few of the places we visited on the bus, and honestly I think we got better photos on the bus. The commentary was very informative as well, and we each learned a fair amount along the way Highly recommended.
