Know before you book

  • Children 1 and younger are complimentary.
  • Children 11 and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • You must be 18 years of age and present a valid photo ID in order to consume alcohol.
  • Your visit may be extended for an additional fee, payable on the day of your stay, subject to availability.
  • Hours of operation are 4 AM–9 PM daily.
  • Holiday Extras will contact you within 7 days of booking to confirm your entry time to the lounge. Entry time must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
  • Maximum group size is 7 people. If your group size is for 8 or more travelers, the lounge must authorize your booking, before your reservation is confirmed.
  • Holiday Extras will email the voucher you need to gain access to the lounge, the one at the time of booking is not accepted by the lounge.

We booked and paid in full but no lounge passes arrived. Holiday extras (the supplier) blamed Expedia and vice versa, after many, many hours of my time trying to chase them both up we arrived at the airport and there was still no record of our booking. The lounge we had booked weeks earlier was full and our flight delayed so it was very, very annoying. Expedia are now refusing to refund this booking despite completely failing to provide the promised service so I'm forced to take it up as a complaint and/or involve my bank. DO NOT book this as you will regret it and the awful customer service has been shocking.

The man at the desk couldnt find our reservation, we were stood there for 15 mins whilst he went back and fourth to inside the lounge trying get help in the end he asked if he could take a picture of my confirmation email as he still couldn't find our booking When we finally got into the lounge at 11:50 Breakfast had been taken off and lunch had been put out i understand this is close to lunchtime but on your website it doesnt specify a time the dishes are swapped over, after an 1.5 queue for check in and 20 minutes throigh security we were hoping for breakfast. The cold drinks machine wasnt working, the hot meal dishes were nice but it said there was Naan bread and it was little slices of white crusty bread which didnt seem very fresh. I also didnt feel there was mamy options for food. Cheesy pasta, chow mein, curry or salad plus 3 differnet sorts of cakes. These are only little problems but when you have paid nearly £30 per person to be in there i expected better
