The staff and management were phenomenal! I teach nearby, and when I ordered the tickets, the public facing page didn’t delineate that you had to eat between 12:00 and 2:00. As a teacher, I don’t finish my day that early. When I printed the tickets, I noted the additional information and called to see if I could still come because it was too late to cancel. They were wonderful throughout the entire experience! They welcomed me and introduced themselves and were truly gracious! I’ve always loved Hard Rock restaurants and hotels because I like the idea of supporting the Seminole People via their ownership of Hard Rock International. As a full-time teacher and full-time grad school student, I can say that the experience was really amazing and just the restorative treat I needed. Thanks so much!

I brought my voucher to the restaurant and none of the employees really knew about this offer. I would not do this again. The manager finally found the offer but it is better to just stand in line and get a table on your own. The service is OK. The waiters have about 7 tables each to take care of, so it was slow to getting water refilled etc.

The prepaid dining menu chouces were awful. It took us over 45 min to get our meal after having waited 30 mins prior to be servicex by our waiter.

The staff and atmosphere were terrific. There is no priority seating. Don't waist your money with priority seating.
