asked me to put back booking from 11.30 to 1.30pm. I agreed. (on morning of booking) Waited at allocated spot from 1.15pm - overhead other customer receiving a call from the organisers to say they were stuck in vauxhall and would be late. I received no call. I rang and texted (no reply) and said i couldn’t wait - as already moved booking back 2 hrs and if the 1.30pm was now late - finishing later than 2.30, would be too tight with trains to catch. Still no comms received. I want confirmation i am getting a full refund today. thank you Very disappointed to have had no communication at all. Sarah Powell

Absolutely brilliant time-this was our second time booking as we had such a great time the first time! Such fun! Only one criticism-the lights weren’t working and that does make a difference to the atmosphere
