misleading information from staff, quite dismissive, front desk told us we could interactive with lemurs with the price of the tickets, been told it would be an extra 40 euros on top of the price of our tickets, the guy with glasses behind the counter was extremely rude to me and my partner and didn't care or wasn't interested of what we was talking about, my partner was looking forward to interacting with the lemurs, feel like we have been ripped off, and we will not come again I want a refund please

A carbon neutral zoo with 70%rescue animals. Great interactions with animals and feeding them and all for a really small fee. we gave a donation to help them keep up the amazing work.

A great place for the whole family, especially if they’re animal lovers and not so keen on seeing dolphins performing for entertainment at the alternative zoomarine. Good value for money, though private animal experiences are slightly more expensive but worthwhile, especially as 70% of the animals here are rescues!

Good value for money. Difficult to get there by public transport so recommend a taxi or hiring a car. Good animal events and chance to feed the goats and llamas. Weather not good when we went but the water park would’ve been great in a different season.

We walked in and everything was old and dated, water slide wasn’t on had to ask the staff to turn it on, was a waste of money as we left and booked Zoomarine instead.
