Know before you book
- Tickets are valid for a single entry only; re-entry is not permitted due to the one-way nature of the Experience.
- Admission is categorized as: Adult (11+), Child (3–10, must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+), and free of charge for children under 3.
- Guests must present a valid ID (Thai ID or passport) for age verification.
- Experience hours are subject to change without notice—please check the official website for updates.
- By attending, guests consent to the use of their image for marketing by the Experience Promoter or its vendors.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed, except water for children.
- The Experience includes flashing lights, fog, loud sounds, and realistic robotic dinosaurs—those with medical conditions (e.g. epilepsy or heart issues) should exercise caution.
- Lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued or refunded.
- Tickets may not be used for promotional or giveaway purposes without written approval.
