The guide Oguzhan is very knowledgeable, kind, well organized and passionate about his work and everything related to art. The included lunch is good, although not among the best in the city. With this tour you can visit the best places avoiding problems of very long queues at each place and it's a very complete tour to savor the best of Istanbul. BUT. During the tour they take you to a carpet shop where you are "trapped" in a room and by pretending to be friendly and even offering you a drink, you are "oppressed" by the shopkeepers who try in every way to make you buy one of their carpets. it was a moment of great discomfort for me that the guide could have avoided by giving me the possibility to choose whether to stay there or have my moment of autonomy. it was enough to be honest that he was taking me to a "tourist trap" where the only purpose is to make you buy something and very little is relevant to the experience... There must always be "freedom of choice" and such a sensitive guide should understand that such situations are oppressive for some people like me and leave a very negative imprint on a tour that was otherwise almost perfect.

What a great tour packed with loads of exciting places to visit and learn about. NOTE this is a walking tour so no bus required as everything is in close proximity lasting all day. Firstly, it’s difficult to locate your guide at the designated fountain as all operators meet there. Just ask one and they all direct you to the correct person. I feel they all should have a flag/ hat/ something to look for to identify themselves as it was very frustrating. The tour itself was great and made even better with our guide OGUZHAN CEYLAN who’s quick wit made it full of fun & laughs all while showcasing the city. The Blue mosque, palace, carpet making, baclava sampling, all well worth it and lunch was lovely also. It’s a must do in my eyes.

We had an amazing day tour with Ozzy which covered a lot of the key landmarks of Istanbul old town as well as the interesting history and facts of the city. Ozzy was knowledgeable and was keen for us to ask questions throughout the day. As a couple that have traveled a lot, however not been to Turkey, we found the entire day valuable. We highly recommend this to anyone visiting for the first time.

This tour was simply amazing, our tour guide Oguzhan was brilliant. He was friendly and professional and provided so much history and interesting details. He even showed us pictures and sketches of what ruins looked liked from his phone. When a line got backed up he went ahead and provided directions to people to get us moving. I highly recommend this tour and hope you get lucky enough to have Oguzhan as your guide. It was a fantastic day so glad we booked this tour.

I had an amazing time on this small group tour with tour guide Oğuzhan! He was incredibly knowledgeable, teaching us so many amazing facts and telling us great stories about the rich history of Istanbul and of each site we went to. He encouraged any type of question and always gave thoughtful and thorough answers. We went to the most famous sites in the old town part of Istanbul, and it all had beautiful architecture and history. I learned and saw so much! The included lunch was also delicious with traditional Turkish food. I definitely recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see all the main spots in the old town in one day!

We had a wonderful day with Oğuzhan on our small group tour! He was so incredibly knowledgeable, but at the same time kept things on topic (no long tangents that didn’t connect back) and was super willing to answer questions. The tour is all in the same area of the old town so it’s actually not that much distance walking but a ton of standing (like, all day). Lovely intro to the most famous mosques, palace, etc. Thank you!
