Cryotherapy consists in exposing the body to a temperature up to - 110°C (or -166°F) for maximum 3 minutes. Our wellness center is fitted with a dry-air LR Zimmer Icelab -110°C (or -166°F). With this technology, there is no use of nitrogen.

You will first enter in a room at -60°C (or -76°F) during 30 seconds, before entering the second room at -110°C (or -166°F) for 1'30” to 2'30”. Your body is entirely exposed with no burn risk.
