This was a great experience overall- pickup from Victoria Coach Station was simple to find & representatives from Premium Tours were at the gate, giving info and checking people in. Our driver, Miguel, made the drive very fun & kept passengers informed of how much longer it would take to get to the studio. He even shared info on landmarks and gave recommendations on where to go while in London. The studio tour itself was great and far beyond what we were expecting. Overall, great service by Miguel & Premium Tours!

superbe visite malgré le monde. bon encadrement du personnel. très intéressant de découvrir les coulisses des tournages, que l'on soit fan d'Harry Potter ou non, on se laisse emporter dans ce monde cinématographique.

Excellent driver, Greg, who drove safely and took different routes to and fro the Harry Potter studios in order to avoid the traffic jams. He was also very kind to accommodate our request to drop us off at Gloucester road which was along the way back to Victoria station

The staff members were very friendly and courteous! The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. The coach was comfortable and clean, you couldn’t ask for a better touring environment! I highly recommend this tour and company.

We have been charged 2 times for our hotel. Still no refund. Our hotel room was booked over a bar and we had to request a move to another room.

Our tour was lead by Richard. He was incredibly knowledgeable on so many things relating to the locations we visited (Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, Bath, and Lacock). He was also halarious! He is an asset to Premium Tours and you folks should give him a raise! The tour was a very nice sampler. A taste of the locations. We got to spend an hour plus at each of the locations exploring. Now, you can easily spend much more time at each of these locations, but as a tourist on a limited schedule, it was perfect.

It was just a buss ride to the Studio. Upon arrival was given entrance tickets then show the studio entrance like any other tourist. Studio tour was on your own. Afterwards we just meet the bus for a ride back to the pickup point. No Tour, no Guide, no information. Would have been better just to take the Warner Bro. Studio Bus that runs every 30 minutes from locations in London and back. Cheaper.

Thank you. Everything was clear, ie pickup, time, gate All on time. Maybe have the Time to returm to the Coach after the tour also listed when booking. Just an added piece of info.
