There are hundreds of wineries in Napa, you get to visit 2 or 3 wineries on a day trip. Many customers like Castello di Amorosa , Silver Oak or Berninger which take about 3 hours + round trip from San Francisco . The winery itself requires 2 hours to explore. This leaves you another 3 hours to enjoy another winery and lunch break in Napa Valley...
