We were very disappointed with what we received. Verner is a very nice and well-mannered young man but he knows nothing about the region we toured. He is a capable driver but we paid $1400 USD for a tour not a driver. You had the responsibility to provide a trained professional who knows the history of the area and can provide knowledgeable answers to questions as well as anecdotal information beyond what I can read on an internet search. I expect a substantial discount and return of funds. If I review your company now it will be scathing. At least if you refund me I will remain silent. We travel the world regularly. I have never had an operator put someone without trading and experience in a position of responsibility. This was unforgivable.

Very disappointing..the places mentioned in itenerary are almost closed in winter..I have paid this huge amount just to see one castle that too from outside and nothing else..As my guide said all these places are closed in winter..He took us to rheinfalls which is not in our itenerary..Driver was good but i am really disappointed with activity provider atleast they didnt notify me previously regarding this..I am feeling really regret for wasting my money and time by booking this tour..

He was an excellent guide who was very knowledgable about the places we visited plus gave us good background on growing up in Switzerland. He was well planned and very prompt with a good schedule for the entire day. He also was accommodating and comfortable taking on our family tour. We highly recommend him for all groups and also to work with those who have mobility challenges.
