Had a tour scheduled 10:30 05Apr25. The operator sent email saying the tour changed to 2:30 PM which wasn’t ideal. Arrived at meeting point in front of bus stop which was the souvenir shop/bathroom. No one was there at 2:30. I called the tour operator asking where do we go he said the large bus. Lots of busses were there. He said the white one and I told them I already asked them and showed them my tickets. One tour bus said you need to go find you your. He hung up on me. I asked that bus guide for help and she allowed us on her bus. The worst tour experience we have ever encountered. We ended up taking a taxi back to Ronda but waisted lots of time trying to sort out any details. I would avoid this tour due to lack of communication, details and service. I noticed another group had a similar experience the next day. Time is precious on vacation and I like to use tour groups that allow you to sightsee not scrambled trying to enjoy your day.

The cruise in itself was ok, though it was terribly cold on the day. However, the place where you get the boat is quite a long way for the city centre, especially since the area around the Carola Bridge which collapsed a few weeks ago is still blocked. This means quite a long walk around the area of the bridge! And the area is practically impossible to reach by bus.
