The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The house looks small, but has so much information and history packed inside. Highly recommended for anyone interested in getting the real Margaret Brown behind all the fantastic legends. There are some narrow stairs heading to the exit, so anyone with limited mobility will need to plan accordingly.

My Aunt was visiting from Germany and two of the employees who greeted us were able to converse in German with my Aunt! It was such a wonderful surprise. One of the employees is from Italy and she also knows French and Spanish. I was so impressed and grateful that I came up with the idea to visit and that it truly turned out wonderfully. I would highly recommend the visit. I also learned that they host tea events on the third floor so I’ll definitely look into that another time as they sell out quickly.

I liked that we were able to walk around the beautiful home, and there were boxes of information or a video for us to learn from at our own pace. I do not have anything in mind to improve upon.

Totally changed my knowledge of Margaret Brown. Amazing woman. The house is stunning. Wonderful example of late 1800s architecture and style. Well worth the experience.

The mansion was great. The house had been restored very meticulously and it showed. Lots of very cool time specific artifacts. It is not air conditioned but we went in the middle of August when it was over 90° outside and the temperature was fine inside the house.
