The booking part was easy, getting to the boarding locations was a little confusing. Once in the bus we found that the Audio and the WiFi connection were not working and when we asked the bus driver about it he seemed to be bothered about it and told us with an attitude that it was down. After a couple of stops he apparently fixed the problem and it started working. And when we finally hoped off the bus after riding thru all the stops he was friendly with us although at the beginning he seemed not so nice. The next bus driver we had was ok did greet us and told us good bye. It was worth to buy this for us ! We got to see more than we expected it !

Horrible service and no marked stop amongst a sea of bus stops. I had my handicapped aunt with me and we could not find a place where the bus stopped. My aunt has limited mobility so running around for blocks to find the right spot wasn't possible and calling the assistance line offered zero help. We had to take a taxi everywhere and never took the bus and we're not given a refund. I canceled this service for our trip to Copenhagen for this reason.

Oslo is a beautiful city with wondrous and interesting places to visit. However, I don’t recommend using the hop on hop off service. There is no signage at any of the stops. If you have wifi and can use their app it is easy. However without it, you will be challenged. We waiting at stop #6, the marine museum, at the end of the day and the last bus didn’t bother to stop there. We ended up taking a city bus back to the city Center. Very disappointed
