It was a nice way to easily see the entire city. Some tour guides were VERY loud and this made the tour less enjoyable. We took advantage of the expanded Back Bay tour and really enjoyed that as well. The transfer to the new route was easy too. We also did the seaport district and that was not enjoyable at all. Our drive never explained anything, he just drove. Overall, the tour was very convenient and a nice way to see the city.

Most of the guides/drivers were excellent but one lectured us on being grateful because we could see - I want to see the sights not receive a lecture. V v knowledgeable, the new 2 loops are excellent, if you start at stop 7 you can do both. Staff in the Welcome centre, at stop 7, were sooooo friendly.

Definitely a must if it’s your first time in Boston. Our trolley driver, “Crafty” was awesome. Not only did he explained the city in detail, but his humor was awesome.
