Inconvenience started with when I have to reach & dispose to the starting point & hotel by myself however tour itinerary says complimentary pickup from Hotel. Expedia didn't helped either only sent acknowledgement email stating that they are in discussion with tour agency. Tour Guide Frank was very un-energetic. No proper insight and explanation of the tour spots. And if you ask question he feels irritated by his expression. He makes Shanghai such a dull place even though it's not. He rushed from every point just wanted to complete his work. As a result tour of 8 Hrs is completed in 5 hours. And also in 5 hours sufficient time~2 Hrs was given to Silk & Pearl Emporiums where they want tourist to spend and they can have their share. Total waste of money. Its better to go for Tip based Walking Tours provided by other operators rather wasting ~80$+Transportation (30$) for pathetic tour service by Frank. Lunch is also very worrysome so I have to spend extra for same. Full waste of money!

Although the weather was foggy and chilly the tour was delightful. Tom, the tour guide was amazing. He cited a lot of interesting local information and statistics about China. His English was perfect. We learned a lot about China's history and activities. The scenery tour was very interesting and beautiful. I would recommend this tour to anyone wishing to visit Shanghai.
