there were no instructions where to find the table in a covered walkway to exchange a ticket. the staff at orchid were unhelpful. once on board we were sat on a 2 table at the end of another table. inside and no view. I had to demand to move. there was no cruise before food. boat left half hour late. sat for 20 mins not moving. food was good. nice views once moved to outside. finish at 21.45 so half hour unaccounted for

description says max 9 persons but we were 11 and I think it is always 11 because the van bus has 11+1 passenger seats. After leaving and driving for 20 minutes we had a stop of 20 minutes at a gas station with a big shopping area. Obviously all the tour buses are stopping there to make their guests buying things. The time at the waterfall was too short while the time at the completely uninteresting new built temples was too long. The 2 hour hike was very nice because we were a homogenous group of young European travelers and enjoyed each others company. From the point of view of organisation it was the usual tour with the usual stops to make people shopping. The guide did her job routinely which she has done before many times.

I didn't find my reservation when I exchanged tickets. I made an appointment more than a week ago and let it be debited 3 days earlier. I waited about 30 minutes for the boat ticket. The buffet is provided for people on the first floor. It is very crowded and a bit scary. The Thai food is not bad. At first, there was no way to get salmon sashimi and sushi. The performers are devoted to the performance, and the waiters can quickly take away the dishes on the stage. The night scene is beautiful at night, but I won't go there again.
