Activity itinerary

A warm welcome in a typical Milanese courtyard house where you’ll meet your host. The group is limited to 6 people to allow the host to carefully guide everyone and to create an intimate and enjoyable atmosphere for all. A delicious welcome aperitif with typical products and wine, which will be served throughout the workshop. The cooking class begins! Chiara will guide you through every step, sharing tips and tricks to make excellent homemade pasta. And guess what? You’ll discover that it’s not difficult, and with the recipes Chiara gives you, you’ll be able to recreate the dishes at home. This cooking class is more than just a lesson: it’s an immersive experience that lets you truly connect with Italian culture. But the best part is at the end of the lesson when you’ll enjoy the result of your work and taste the dishes you prepared together with your new friends. All of this is accompanied by excellent Italian wine in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

She is amazing!! This was one of our favorite things we did on the trip. Best pasta & tiramisu we have ever had and it was so fun to experience this. Her hospitality is amazing and would definitely book this again.

The ingredients were fresh and locally sourced, and the final dishes were absolutely delicious. Really fun, you got a real sample of an Italian house. she lives in an old building of more than 100 years old with original art work in the ceilings. We made tiramisu and pasta from scratch.. My husband had so much fun kneading the dough. It was great and an unforgettable experience .

We would give this 10 stars if we could! What a wonderful experience with Chiara! She was the perfect hostess and so patient with all of us! Making pasta was so fun and enjoyable! She made us feel right at home and like we were with an old friend. Highly recommend this experience!
