Ride your horse around the San Rafael dam up into the high Andes mountains of La Calera. Enjoy a fun ride with spectacular views and lush forest vegetation. The horse trail goes along dirt roads and cobblestone pathways up into the mountains through a majestic Andean forest. Amazing scenery awaits!

Everyone joining this tour must wear a helmet in order to climb on the horse and keep it on at ALL times. Failure to wear a helmet is a safety violation and will cause the cancellation of the tour without refunds.

- Departure from Bogotá - Drive up through the Eastern Mountains to La Calera (1.5 hours) - Meet your local guide and set up for the ride (15 min) - Horseback riding through scenic mountain trails (1.5 hours) - Try out a home made sugarcane tea (15 min) - Drive back to Bogotá (1.5 hours) Please note: - This is a group activity and you MAY or MAY NOT be joined by other travelers at any point during the tour.
