The stops on the Hop On Hop Off bus were actually quite far from the actual key tourist spots and sites. Great to get around but be prepared to walk a lot or miss seeing key things (e.g. very far from Painted Ladies, Lombard Street)

The night tour and Alcatraz tour was great. The driver we had on 2/21/23 for the hop on hop off was a complete jerk and everything was all about him! He was probably 70 years old and wore chains and necklaces around his neck and bracelets around his wrist. First he was a very rude driver blowing the horn at walkers, bicycles, other cars and ups/ FedEx trucks and drivers. He was a smart ass to customers getting on the bus (2 foreign girls that got on the bus with shorts) then he left me and about 5-6 other customers at the Golden Gate Bridge after he told us all we had 15 minutes since we didn’t cross the bridge because of high winds. He pulled away after 3 minutes .I had to pay a Lyft driver $25 to take me back to my hotel . All other employees was great to deal with. This guy needs to find another job because dealing with the public is not for him!!! Do your company good and get rid of this jerk!! He can thank my wife for not letting me wait on him at stop #1 when he arrived 😳😳
