活動介紹

此活動是初學者衝浪課程，但也適合開始衝浪綠浪的中級程度的人。

我們的課程在 Praia da Galé 舉行，這是阿爾布費拉最好的衝浪地點！

Absolutely fantastic lesson. Really well structured with everything clearly explained and demo’d on the beach first, with the chance to then practice it all on dry land before getting in the water. It was then really helpful to have the instructor in the water for support and coaching. It was such a fun session, tiring but in a good way! I didn’t expect to be standing up in such a short space of time but I managed to stand and ride all the way in a good few times. Very happy and would recommend.

The surfing lesson was really good. It started with a short briefing about the techniques and rules on the board and in the water, after that we spent the whole lesson in the ocean. Our instructors were great and gave us a lot of helpful tips!
