What you can expect

Experience the vibrant soul of Tunisia’s capital on a full-day guided journey through Tunis, a city where ancient history and modern life blend seamlessly.

Our day begins in the UNESCO-listed Medina of Tunis, a maze of narrow streets alive with colors, scents, and the rhythm of daily life. Your guide will lead you through bustling souks, historic palaces, and mosques, sharing stories of the city’s rich past. Take time to admire intricate tilework, ornate wooden doors, and the craftsmanship that has been passed down for centuries.

We continue to Carthage, once the powerful capital of the Punic Empire and later a key Roman city. Visit iconic sites such as the Antonine Baths, the Punic Ports, the Tophet, and the Byrsa Hill, where history’s greatest civilizations left their mark.

Next, we head to Sidi Bou Said, the picture-perfect clifftop village famous for its whitewashed houses, blue shutters, and cobbled streets. Stroll through charming alleys, enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean, and perhaps savor a traditional mint tea with pine nuts at a local café.

Throughout the tour, enjoy the comfort of private transportation, expert commentary from your licensed guide, and a delicious Tunisian lunch at a local restaurant, offering authentic flavors and fresh ingredients
