Staff very helpful. Resort is beautiful. If you are coming to visit just for casino you will be disappointed, it is the worst paying casino I’ve ever visited. Also front desk needs a map to hand out very confusing.

I am surprised that no reviews mention this is a timeshare. When we checked in, I asked about waterpark passes. I was told that the concierge would help with that. That’s when I found out about the timeshare. They said we could attend a 90 minute presentation &tour w/ breakfast and get free water ...

Deer Ridge Mountain Resort
We lived our stay here and will hopefully be returning next year! Kids loved the heated indoor pool we loved the views of the Smokey Mountains from the balcony.
