Property needs renovation. Rust at balcony that not good for baby’s. Hard to get to pool with babyroller, Hotel is great placed during sunami. But crazy to get there normal walking. The hill is not normal climbing if your not a sportsman.

Our stay in Kata was made even more special from the wonderful staff. The Hotel is just far enough away but close enough to the action of Kata. Will be staying here again. Especially if Lita is still looking after your stay.
