The front desk staff valet and transportation crew were great the property was so beautiful on the outside After weather delays traveling from Chicago to Tampa we finally made it to Saddlebrook about 1am Friday morning 2 roaches in the second bedroom spotted at 2 am 1 in the first spotted at 7 am we notified the fron desk we came back to the property about 2

The problem I have I that I made a reservation a month before my stay, get there to chk I'm at 4, no on. Wait an hour then get a room I didn't reserve.
We had a show to go to at 6, want not able to enjoy room experience. paid way too much for getting room almost 1-1/2 late
